That’s interesting. I suspect there is a problem with the CDN, that you get assigned a slow node. I’m located in Germany, and I decided to take the risk and try to use a VPN to get a different CDN node since pausing/resuming the download and restart Product Manager did not help. I’ve used Sweden as location via Mullvad VPN, and the download speeds have gotten much, much better.
