We had a loss, the system failed to work as described.Our business, STRYDER Construction &Pipeline Inc. had a truck stolen in our first year with Teletrac Navman. The system failed, alerts failed and customer service failed: the senior manager was condescending and presumptive. He simply asserted our employees had removed the tracking system. There was absolutely no effort to reassure us that it would not happen again. The system is outdated, basic speed limit information was inaccurate. We were told to go out to get and take photos and sent info in so they could update their system. We asserted , that was NOT our job. We tried working with customer service and everything was an ongoing circular non-productive waste of time. We are now utilizing another GPS tracking system that is much easier to use, excellent real time information and much better customer service. Thank you Samsara, we are glad we made
