I am trying to accomplish the same, but I cannot run Service Disabler app on my Android TV box. However, I can run root commands from the terminal. I have tried disabling these 2 services and rebooting, but the recommendations area is still there:com.google.android.leanbacklauncher/.recommendations.RecommendationsServicecom.google.android.leanbacklauncher/.recommendations.NotificationsServiceThe command I used was "pm disable com.google.android.leanbacklauncher/.recommendations.NotificationsService".Can you please check in your Service Disabler app if these are the services that you have disabled? #9 Thanks for the info.
