I'm beginning to migrate to PC, and i currently own a Dell XPS 13 9380 from 2018, with thunderbolt 3. The Thunderbolt 3 port works fine both with eGPU's as well as other Thunderbolt Mass storage devices. It just doesn't ork with any of my WD My Book Thunderbolt Duo external Hard drives. Upon conencting the device, i am as usual prompted wether to connect the device or not. With the My Book Thunderbolt Duo hard drives, no matter how many times i prompt "always connect" the computer changes it to "Do not connect". This behavior is only seen with these specific hard drives, and not with my other devices. Has anyone else had any luck connecting the WD My Book Thunderbolt Duo's to a PC?
